Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimation form: your name, company, role (optional), email address, phone (optional), the company’s sector and size, your description of the bottleneck and the services you are interested in. The form also records the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign parameters in the address (utm), so we know how you found us.

We set no cookies, load no third-party scripts and run no analytics. We do not record your IP address and store nothing in a database.

Why, and on what basis

To send you the estimation you asked for and to follow up about it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before a possible contract. We do not use the details for newsletters or advertising.

Where the data goes

The form becomes an email to the two founders, delivered through the transactional email provider Resend, Inc. (USA, under standard contractual clauses). You receive a receipt by email as well. That email is the only place your request exists.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from our last contact, unless a contract follows. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to the address above and we answer within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
